To upgrade your diamond send us back the diamond and original certificate, and you will receive credit for the price paid for your diamond applied towards a new diamond purchase. There is no limit on the number of times you can upgrade your diamond and there is no restocking fee.

For example, if your original diamond was purchased for $3,500 and you would like to upgrade to a diamond that would cost $4,700, you would only pay $1,200.
