Return Policy - Money Back Guarantee
In order to process a return, simply contact our Customer Service department at 1-888-968-8810 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Our Customer Service staff will provide you simple instructions on how to properly package, insure and ship your items back to our office. Items sent to our office without a RAN number, packages shipped beyond the 30 day return period, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. All refunds will be done in the form of the original purchase method except for bank wires, which are refunded via company check.
Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than diamondsonweb.com will not be accepted. Loose diamonds must also be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a $150 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate. Special orders are not returnable.
Please note that Diamonds on Web will not be held accountable for any additional duties and taxes, shipping, insurance or customs fees that may apply during international transactions. Prepaid duties and taxes, shipping, insurance or customs fees are non-refundable.
