Domestic

For orders totaling $10,000 or more, your package will be sent via UPS Next Day Air® free of charge.

For orders under $10,000, your package will be sent via UPS Ground® free of charge. You will also have the opportunity to upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air® for $15 or UPS Next Day Air® for $20.

Saturday delivery may be available depending on location. Please call for details.

International

Diamonds On Web uses UPS Worldwide Express® , because of their outstanding guarantee of second business day delivery to more than 200 countries and territories. UPS guarantees delivery by 10:30 a.m. for shipments to major business centers, and by end of day to most other destinations. The charge for Worldwide Express Shipping is $30 USD (the actual cost is much higher, but we will pay the difference).

APO /FPO

Diamonds On Web uses USPS Priority Mail®, because of their reliability in shipping to military locations around the world. Please note that for APO and FPO orders we require payment in the form of wire transfer and we also require extra time for processing.

Alternative Shipping Address

Often times jewelry is given as an unexpected gift for an engagement or special occasion. To keep your purchase a surprise you may have your order shipped to an alternative address. After placing your order, your purchase will be tailored to your specifications and placed in a complimentary rosewood box. Each order is carefully placed inside the appropriate shipping carton accompanied with the appropriate certification and appraisal documents.
